Domestic Delivery:
We delivery your parcel using Australia Parcel post. Once your parcel is shipped, we will update you with the tracking information.

Rural and Non-Metro locations = 2-14 business days depending on the location
International Delivery:
We ship internationally using Australia Post international services:
Standard International - This is a tracked service. (estimated arrival time is 6 to 30 business days)
Express International - This is an express tracked service and requires a signature on delivery. (estimated arrival time is 2 to 4 business days between major metro areas)

Sales Items:
We do not accept return for sales items unless there is a fault or damage with the item.
Regular Priced Items:
You may return any regular priced item/s, no questions asked but postage charges to return the products are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us quoting your order number and item you wish to return within 14 days of receiving your purchase for instructions. When returning the item, you must ensure the product and packaging is returned in the same condition as you received it.
Once your return is received and the item is inspected to be of the same condition as you received it, we will notify you with an email and details of the refund minus the delivery fee.
Faulty/Damaged Items:
Koja Life will refund any item/s that have arrived faulty or damaged, provided a claim is made within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please contact us quoting you order number and item to report damaged item/s.  To confirm the damage, we require a photographic evidence. Once received, we will arrange for a refund. In most cases, we will not require the damaged item returned to us, however, we do request that you keep the damaged item until we can confirm that we do not require it to be returned. If we do require the damaged item to be returned, we will cover the cost of its return. Customers are not charged for returning a damaged item to us.
Exchanges:
Koja Life does not process exchanges at this point in time, we can only accept a return. You are welcome to return an item and place a separate order for the new item.
